Design and Interior
The yacht’s exterior was created by Francesco Paszkowski, with interior design by Margherita Casprini. Her distinctive profile is defined by a vertical bow, expansive glazing and beautifully proportioned exterior lines, enhancing both natural light and the sense of space throughout her 496 GT interior.
Fully customised in close cooperation with her Owner, Tankoa 50m reflects a refined vision of luxury, functionality and innovation. The design creates a seamless relationship between the interior living areas and the extensive outdoor spaces.
Accommodation
Tankoa 50m accommodates up to 12 guests in six stylish staterooms. The versatile layout includes both the Owner’s suite and a VIP stateroom on the main deck, while the lower deck offers two double cabins and two twin cabins.
This arrangement provides excellent flexibility for families, private cruising and future charter operations, with generous accommodation for guests and a high level of privacy throughout.
Hybrid Performance
With a comfortable cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 17 knots, Tankoa 50m offers impressive performance for a yacht of her size. Her efficient propulsion system provides a range of approximately 4,400 nautical miles at 12 knots, supporting extended Mediterranean and offshore cruising.
The advanced hybrid system incorporates three operating modes:
Diesel-mechanical propulsion.
Diesel-electric operation.
Full-electric cruising.
This technology enables quieter navigation, improved fuel efficiency and reduced emissions, while supporting low-impact operation in environmentally protected areas and during overnight stays at anchor. The hybrid system was developed in cooperation with MAN and Siemens and represents one of the yacht’s defining technical advantages.
Outdoor Living
Tankoa 50m offers extensive deck areas designed for relaxation, socialising and entertainment. The aft deck features a spacious lounge arrangement and a large fold-down beach club, creating an inviting connection with the sea.
A 5,000-litre pool on the foredeck provides an additional focal point for guests, while the generous sundeck offers an ideal setting for sunbathing, dining and enjoying panoramic views while underway or at anchor.
