In 1979, Nikos Odysseas Papadakis opened a brokerage office in Μunich (Germany) & Athens (Greece) with a single conviction: that buyers and charter clients in Greece deserved a representative who knew the local market as well as the international one. At that time, most yacht transactions in Greece were brokered abroad, often without anyone setting foot on the actual vessel.
Forty-seven years later, the firm still operates on that principle. Our brokers personally inspect yachts before they are listed, meet sellers in person, and sail with charter guests through the islands they recommend. The brokerage has handled hundreds of sales and thousands of charter weeks across the Cyclades, Ionian, Saronic and Dodecanese.
Today the firm is one of the longest-established yacht brokerages in Greece. The original founding philosophy – local knowledge, long client relationships, transparent dealings – has not changed.
Nikos Odysseas Papadakis founded the firm in 1979 and remains actively involved in brokerage and senior negotiations. The team today combines second-generation brokers with experienced captains and surveyors.
